Q: Do you rent cars to P-plate driver?
A: P-Plate will be charge additional of $10 (based on calender dates) on top of the rental price.
Q: What is your operating hours?
A: Our operating hours is from 11am to 7pm (Monday to Friday).
Q: Is Insurance covered within the rental price?
A: Yes, insurance will be covered within the rental price. But if there is any claim,
hirer has to pay the excess from $3.5k to $8k.
Q: Can I drive the car to Malaysia?
A: Yes. There is an extra charge of $20 based on calendar dates.
Q: Is there any delivery?
A: Yes. There is an extra charge of $30/trip, either delivery or collection
(Price subject to adjustment according to the location and timing).
Q: Is there any package price if I am interested to take up 1 month rent?

Q: Do you open on Public Holidays?
A: No. We are closed on Public Holidays.
Q: For the Malaysia Insurance, do we have a copy of the insurance that
we bought for Malaysia insurance as we are paying for the insurance as an extra insurance?
A: You will not be provided with the insurance, unless you are the car owner. Insurance is only covered for the vehicle.
Q: What if the car breakdowns half-way? Is there a replacement car in any case of breakdown?
A: There shall be no replacement of vehicle in the event of a breakdown, as stated in our rental agreement letter.
Q: What if I need to extend the rental hours if unable to return on time?
A: Rental is usually based on a 24-HR basis, there’ll be a penalty charge of $20/hr.
Alternatively, you can call us to discuss about the extension rates if you need to extend for more than an hour.
